Eliot and Dylan Books is led by Founder & CEO, Dr. Jeffrey O—business leader, educator, leadership coach, public speaker, and author. He has led organizations and initiatives around hospitality, luxury branding, and executive coaching. He’s known for frameworks that make ambitious goals feel practical, and for a leadership approach rooted in clarity, integrity, and results. That ethos informs our publishing: focused, organized, and relentlessly helpful. After successfully publishing several books, his mission is to help other authors get published by simplifying the process.
